MATTERS

 During his career as a prosecutor, Christopher worked with federal agents at over a dozen separate federal agencies. He was instrumental in helping to obtain a number of convictions for them at the state level. Through his years as a prosecutor, he worked on numerous cases with the former U.S. Immigration & Naturalization Service (I.N.S.), but also with the Department of Homeland Security (D.H.S.) Special Agents assigned to the new Office of Immigration & Customs Enforcement (I.C.E.), the Special Agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigations (F.B.I.), the Drug Enforcement Administration (D.E.A.), the U.S. Secret Service (U.S.S.S.), the U.S. Department of the Treasury (D.O.T.), the U.S. Postal Service Inspectors Office (U.S.P.S.), the Transportation Security Administration (T.S.A.), the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (A.T.F.), the U.S. Marshals Service (U.S.M.S.), the Department of Justice (D.O.J.) and the federal prosecutors with the U.S. Attorney’s Office (U.S.A.).

  • Named to National Moot Court Team (representing law school in national competition)

  • Christopher founded his own private practice law firm and has lectured extensively to various groups over the last four decades.
     

  • He is an expert on search warrants, recently wrote and published a 377-page technical legal book on search warrants, entitled: “Drafting & Executing Search Warrants & Pen Registers” which serves as a training guide for police officers. It is course book for the law enforcement course Christopher teaches on search warrants.
     

  • Through the years, Christopher has published a variety of legal articles including his 2019 internationally published legal article on law enforcement.
     

  • Chosen as American Bar Association keynote speaker based on a ‘first-of-its-kind” case he prosecuted that set a legal precedent used by prosecutors across the nation.
